Top 5 Travel Essentials for Wanderlust

♡Traveling is my passion! I feel like there are so many beautiful places to get lost in, cultures to experience, and sights to make memories from — I wouldn’t feel comfortable in my own skin if I wasn’t actively pursuing adventures.

From all the places I have gone and experiences I have gained — no matter what climate — I have a strong appreciation for the travel essentials & here’s my top 5 list:

Stay smelling good! I recommend something subtle yet strong enough to leave a good impression — I like using Maliqá, an Egyptian product of elegance that pulls out the inner queen within us all! ➂ Comfortable shoes

This means cushion & your Dr. Scholl’s. I love seeing girls pairing cute outfits with their sneakers, I also realize how rare that can be and not ideal for everyday. So instead, also pack a pair you can walk around in for hours and switch it up between your sneakers and that pair — I chose Sperry boat shoes.

➃ Your Go-To Statement Piece

This means accessory! When I travel, I love to keep it light — which means lots of basic pieces but for any instance I want to dress it up, I use my go-to piece. I have many so for every other trip I switch it up ツ

➄ Hair Treatment

I have a lot of hair, thick & everything! To maintain it requires a lot of effort, products, patience, and hair appliances — though I like to travel light, carrying all the appliances and such I need isn’t ideal. Instead, I use something I can easily stick in my carry on — hair oil!

I’ve been switching it up and testing new products to see which my hair adapts to best. In doing so I realized, maybe hair products are just like shampoos and need a regular switch from time to time —  while results have varied, this is for sure: The right kind of oil tames my hair, makes it shinier, softer, and easier to manage!

Currently I love using Uberliss RituOil from Orchid & Argan oils — sounds so fancy hehe I know, I know, but more so it gets the job done! I apply it whenever I feel like my hair is getting out of control and for best results, when my hair is damp I’ll apply it.
