Oprah’s Advice: Focus on the Good
What you focus on expands, and when you focus on the goodness in your life, you create more of it. Opportunities, relationships, even money flowed my way when I learned to be grateful no matter what happened in my life.
There will always be obstacles in our journey. I believe they are meant to make you stronger, to build your faith and get you ready for what you are meant to become.
To me this quote means that I need to apply focus and good energy towards the things that matter the most. Once I can focus on one good aspect in my life, the rest will fall into place, something like a domino effect created by me. Only then will the good in my life grow and expand. I truly believe in that.
Besides, when we worry or stress over things we decrease the chances of the best outcome.
Oprah is a great example of this, that is why she says it the best. Her life wasn’t always as easy and luxurious as it is now. She heard a lot of ‘No’ before she received a ‘Yes!’ and that’s all it took, one Yes! Oprah focused on what mattered the most to her and therefore she created a bright future for herself and paved a road for many more.

There are many factors on the road to success including focus, appreciation, and most of all, believing that you can!
Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.
