Giulietta for fall 2016 arouses all sorts of emotions out of me — it seems like a love story from the female’s perspective from stages of ‘like’ to ‘love’ while displaying all those crazy mixed up emotions in between // #dating101

I love the sharpness of the bold colors — bright like neon — and the use of leather. YES! Bring me more leather please.

This collection is a narrative of heartbreak — one that is inspired by the raw photography of Diane Arbus and the young Emmanuelle Seigner’s character in Frantic:

… exploring the erratic emotions of every woman who has ever questioned love, obsession, hope and defeat.

The collection mixes silhouettes from the dark current of the often forgotten 1960s America and the grittier Parisian 1980s.

The sequins and jumpsuist remind me of a feminine armor! To protect ♡

One of the details I enjoyed most were the shiny silver tear drops drawn on the models — why — because we sparkle!
