You Won’t Believe What Lives Inside Your “Clean” Blender // My Day With Dr. OZ!

Hello Luvies!

Unless you have been hiding under a rock most of you know I made an appearance on the Dr. Oz show this past Monday October 26,2015.  It was by far one of the most thrilling experiences of my 2015.  First let me say this, Dr. Oz was a pleasure to work with, super sweet, and very down to Earth.

As a television producer it was pretty surreal to have the camera turned on me.  Although, I have made television appearances before, it has been a while since I have been in front of the camera… and I LOVED it.  At first when the show producer called me I was a bit reluctant to sign up for the job, I mean who really wants to get their blender tested for germs?  I pride myself on being a cleaning fanatic, so when I found out there was a section of the blender which holds bacteria that most people are unaware of I straight up panicked.

My day started extremely early arriving a ABC Studios here in my beloved New York City.  There is absolutely no place on the planet like the Big Apple.

Shortly after arriving at the studio I was whisked away into my green room immediately for hair and makeup.  If you didn’t know, now you will know baby girl is a little bit of a diva and had her own  Hair and Makeup person! I had my very close friend Celebrity Hair & Makeup Artist Gerard Dure .  He is legendary and has done hair for all of The Braxtons, Chaka Khan, Eartha Kitt, just to name a few I would never be able to run his resume down, too much to mention.

Finally hair and make-up was complete it was show time. Big thanks to Wagman Hair for my lovely hair extensions, they are EVERYTHING!

Well I went on stage and everything was a success Click here to watch my segment! And of course I couldn’t leave the show without taking a Healthie! LOL

I guess you can say everything went really well and of course I got the best present from Dr. Oz, a new blender!
