I love cats. I had a Persian cat growing up and he was the best cat I ever knew. His name was Shangool, named after a Persian folklore and he ruled the neighborhood. He was beautiful, fluffy, and white with deep green eyes and I taught him how to bark like a dog and chase his tail. He was taken away from us too soon in an accident, but not a day goes by where I don’t think about him and how we use to snuggle together.

I had a Somali that I felt exactly the same about, I only had her 7 months, she was an absolute tinker stayed out for hours so always had me worried but when she came home my heart swelled with love for her. It’s ten years since she was killed on the road and I’ve had lots of cats I’ve loved but none as much as her, I’ve got tears in my eyes as I’m typing this, she was so unforgettable,
