Milané Noir: Stimulating Wearables for Spring at NYFW

My Spring Summer 2015 collection is called “Sol” which means sunshine  and it’s dedicated to my beautiful mom.

– Melanie Rodriguez designer of Milane Noir

Lively prints and enticing embellishments were combined to highlight the everyday life of a woman. Melanie Rodriguez’s past collections were mostly composed of made to measure garments, so we decided to bring to you, our first ever Prêt-à-Porter.

LOVE! And it’s the kind of love I need to breathe, this collection gave me goosebumps from head to toe. It felt alive and on the next level.  I feel like this is what passion is about.

The cuts are delightfully chic and soft yet very loud… I want the bow tie peach nude 2 piece. I approach the designer about it and she’s flocked with more requests, I hear, ‘you have this in black?’ *me too please!

The way she’s pulled the shorts off brings it a whole new style:

I feel super comfortable & I could wear this all day.

I’m all about hippie chic meets the Sun Queen and this collection taps into that! I appreciate the elegance of each outfit because I can still feel like a woman in Milane Noir’s collection without crossing over that fine line of showing too much or inappropriate skin.

I feel confident!

Here’s more of what the models had to say:

A feel good all around type of dress… I love how it makes a statement from the front and back.

For a pencil skirt it’s comfortable which I can’t say about others.

The fabric is comfortable. It’s a great weekend outfit. I could wear the pants to the beach too & the top I would wear ANYWHERE!!
