I used to not be a fan, but the color is quickly becoming a favorite of mine & it’s bringing its friends along with! Pastels and soft hues mixed in a minimalistic way creates a chic & effortless look that we’ve been seeing throughout the SS14 & FW14 runways!

WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR:

• Pastel pink and pale blue throughout both Spring and Fall. Whether these pops of pastels are accompanied by chunky knits  & leathers or simple white jeans and chiffon, it is time to get creative with textures and  shapes this Spring and Fall.

For SS14 >> pastels mixed with prints, pastels as a monochromatic, and pastels mixed with natural hues for the ultra minimalist.

For FW14 >> a mix of orange, brown, mustard and chalky pastels for an earthy natural feel.

THE BENEFIT:

• We don’t have to splurge on a “season piece” – this is something that we can use for both seasons and if layered correctly, through the winter months as well!
