I am happy to announce Vision Driven was a complete success! Bringing over 40 women together to create, empower, and most importantly share was the greatest theme yet.

Vision Driven is a vision board networking event with powerful female guest speakers. To kick off our first event –we had life-coach and empowerment speaker → Nyah K.Abdala. She shared her words of wisdom to prep and inspire the guest to be as creative as possible with their vision boards!

Erin Cunningham spoke to the women on a more testimonial level. Walking us through her domestic violence relationship and her overcoming and creating soy wax home goods and candle business called RebourneNYC.

As the ladies entered Vision Driven. They received gift bags with name badges and Kiehl’s products! As everyone was seated they had the option of Empowerment Rum Punch and Soul-Searching Sangria.

Before I introduced the guest speakers, I wanted to connect with my ladies and tell them my inspiration for the event. It once started from a book I read that inspired me to create/update my vision board → You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero. Once I decided to create an actual event from this idea the rest was history!

Together with some inspiring friends, we brainstormed ideas to create this successful event!

As the women began to create their vision boards, they were greeted with fresh appetizers and motivational Beyonce played by the incredible DJ Bebe Khan! I wanted to encourage all women to use their vision boards as accountability partners in their journey to their future selves.

As the event came to a close, I accepted volunteers to present their Vision Boards. It was a great platform for the guests to open up to each other and share their goals.

We concluded with a networking segment and an opportunity for everyone to mingle.

This event was a success in more ways than one and I thank everyone that became apart Vision Driven!
