Over the weekend we took a trip to Origo Spa Lounge in Chinatown where Jeff was scheduled for an hour long deep tissue body massage. A lovely lady greeted us and took us over to their lounge where we were treated with drinks and cookies (they already know us too well). Jeff filled out a one sheet form and off he was!
A little pampering is important for men too. Whether he’s spending long hours working hard at the office or hustling around the city, his shoulders and legs will be in need of some kneading. Jeff said that the experience was a great chance to let go of stress and clear his mind for a while. The city life can be overwhelming and taking some time to take care of your body can make all the difference.
You wouldn’t believe all the benefits a massage can make for your bodies health and your stressful mind, it even helps with weight loss. The web informed me that, 160-pound person burns approximately 67 calories during an hour-long massage.
