“Girls’ getaway” was in fact the entire theme of this particular trip! Traveling with three close friends we embarked on a mission to have pure fun-and nothing but fun! We had an amazing stay at the Mondrian South Beach hotel. This hotel was out of the immediate South Beach scene; however, we were showered with the amazing views and amenities the Mondrian had to offer-including our complimentary cabana! With beyond modern décor and art the Mondrian offered a feel of simplistic sophistication with a touch of an edge!

We started off our weekend on an adventurous Yacht party! Celebrating a friend’s birthday we had the opportunity to sail the Port of Miami and catch all of the rays the sun had to offer! By far this adventure was the highlight of the trip! After sailing, friends on the boat decided to take dives one by one into the Atlantic Ocean. What a way to celebrate life! Of course I was there to capture every jump.
We also partied and visited the famous LIV Nightclub located in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel! Beyond an amazing time. With guest appearances from Erykah Badu, Dej, Loaf, and appearances from Flo Rida and friends.
The next several days we laid out by the pool, hit the beach, and visited some awesome restaurants.
Places we visited to Dine & Wine-Prime 112-A popular steakhouse where lots of visitors and locals tend to eat. I ordered the delicious bison burgers. So juicy and flavorful!
D’vine Hookah was another particular favorite! Upon our first night arriving in Miami. We wanted a chill setting. We sat down and ordered chicken kebabs & pizza supplementing our meals with patron shots & patron margaritas. Can you say Welcome to Miami! The weather was amazing and you just get a warm feeling being around friends in a place you love!

Lario’s on Miami Beach-Bongo Cuban Café was our last restaurant visit. An ocean themed Cuban café with classic and innovative dishes. I enjoyed a chicken dish with moros rice and sweet plantains dish which was beyond amazing!
Trips to Miami are also a great time, however if you go with the right people your adventures are endless! –Until next time!
