Make Your Early Mornings AWESOME!
Hey Doosters!
We all have to do it sometimes, wake up at the crack of dawn or even before then! I have of late, been waking up between 3:30 and 6am. This means I’ve had to figure out how to have an awesome morning. We’ve only got this one life to live so we might as well make light of every circumstance thrown our way!
Here’s what I do to make these potentially hellish mornings, fun and productive.
- I prep. Prepping before you go to bed means that you can take it easy in the morning. I prep my breakfast ingredients, my outfit, and whatever else is required for my morning. This gives me time to sleep extra and relax when making my meals. I like to have conscious and calm actions in the morning.
- FUNKY JAMS! Put on some pump up music that gets you awake and makes you want to dance. It makes the fact that you are up at the crack of dawn a lot more enjoyable. Let yourself have fun regardless of the hour. It makes a huge difference.
- Get your body active. Stretch, jog, run, do yoga! Do something that will get your “juices” flowing. This will get you alert for your commute and make you feel overall better throughout the day. It’s the best way to wake up and smell the roses.
