Favorite Few Beauty Tips with Deva Nitins
I love being beautiful and I know, I sometimes forget how to. That’s why I came up with this weeks beauty tips list (on a day I felt beautiful).
These are my favorite ‘Few Beauty Tips’
1. Take care of your skin. It’s your largest organ and should be treated with respect. Avoid putting harsh chemicals that are found in many beauty and care products.
Watch out for:
-Fragrance
-Sodium Lauryl Sulphate
-Parabens
-Alcohols
2. Learn how to dress your body type. Not only should you figure out what sort of body type you have but figure out what clothes look best on it. Find out what colors look best on you and most of all, don’t sweat the size!
3. Diet, rest, and exercise. Keep your body active at least three times a week while eating a balanced diet. When it’s bed time, leave your phone and let your body rest. People notice when you take care of yourself because your beauty will truly show with a little self care.
At the end of the day, beauty from within trumps all physical manifestations. But it doesn’t hurt to help your insides with a little love from the outside!
