Zuppa Di Pesce:

An Italian favorite, best with a nice red wine and Frank Sinatra playing in the background.

Cook time is less than 15 minutes.

Prep time can take up to 15 minutes.

The great thing about this dish is that the ingredients are simple and based upon your liking.

What you need:

  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Fish or Shellfish. The great thing about this is you can add any seafood you like the most such as; sea scallops, octopus, mussels, shrimp and/or calamari.
  • Chopped garlic
  • Red or yellow onion
  • Tomato sauce
  • Parsley

If you like it spicy you will also need:

  • red pepper flakes

If you like your veggies include:

  • Green Beans
  • Carrots

Green beans are great with this dish because they obsorbe the sauce and becomes part of it. Carrots provide the same

Directions:

This dish can be paired with many things; pasta, rice or potatoes. And definitely include some bread =)
