Favorite Few Weightloss Hacks

My fitness freak continues. I am on the weight loss train and it is gaining steam. I have been finding out all the tricks to weight loss and general health.

So far I’ve learned:

  • fitnessChange your thinking, remember Rome wasn’t built in a day and your body won’t be either. Stick it out, what’s a few months in the whole course of your life?
  • Diet means a lot. Remember starving yourself will do you no good. You need to learn out to eat in a healthy way. Three meals a day with snacks, your metabolism needs to feel safe, because bodies react with fat when they’re nervous.
  • Find a support system. You’re more likely to have better results if you have a team on your side. When you have people you can ask questions and feel motivated by your likelihood of success increases!
  • At the end of the day, remember it’s not your body that makes you lovable, it’s you. But it sure is fun to feel good in your body!
